Retreats for HSPs and introverts
Anassa Village, Syros 2025

For introverts and highly sensitive people to explore their relationship with themselves and the rest of the world.

A series of workshops involving talks, intuitive movement, silent walking in nature and music. And as much alone time as you need.

Our Retreats 2025

This autumn I am offering two 7-day HSP retreats on the beautiful Greek Island of Syros.  The retreat is focused on Connection: with ourselves, our natural environment, our creativity and our story.

How you’ll spend your day

The days are shaped to have morning workshops, with afternoons to rest and process. Gathering together each day for a reflection circle where we can share in a space of trust, honesty and confidentially, allowing the connection with each other to evolve into supportive HSP friendship.

No-pressure socialising

We dine together early evening, then the rest of the evening is yours.  We hope that you will feel free to be yourself here, being in a group of HSP & Introvert women, with none of the usual social pressures you may feel with non HSP’s. Nurturing yourself and each other. To embrace your trait and enjoy this unique opportunity with an open mind and heart.

There are 10-12 places available on each retreat in 2025.

Dates:
Week 1. September 21st – 28th
Week 2. September 28th – October 5th

There can be a perverse pleasure, as well as a sense of rightness and beauty, in insisting on flowering just when the world expects you to become quiet and diminish.
— Dr Sharon Blackie

We are offering each week:

Eight double bungalows for single occupation at the price of £2,299.00 per person.

Two triple bungalows for two people sharing (couples or friends) at the price of £1,899.00 per person.

The triple bungalows will be available for single occupancy at the price of £2,499.00 if they are not booked before August 1st 2025.

My Aims

My aims

I believe the future is for community, collaboration, trust and healing. I also believe it is a time for women with high sensory intelligence.

CREATIVE THINKERS IN OLDER AGE

Those who still have much to give, but who have been ‘written off’ at middle age by the established norms. Those who feel isolated, empty and angry, yet who are creative, imaginative and capable. Those who care deeply about the world, but feel helpless.

THE POWER OF POST MENOPAUSE

Those whose lives have changed through menopause and loss yet could be stronger for it. To be given an opportunity to see who they are and who they could be at this stage in their life.

That they still have a chance of the life they dream of and be the person they intrinsically are.

An ending to a belief of being unworthy or too old, and a beginning of a more positive sense of connection and self-belief.
